Converts the original **DVD9** version of *Midnight Club 3: DUB Edition Remix - SLUS-213.55* into a **DVD5** ISO with no quality loss.

### Description
This patch removes the long intro video and all tutorial movies while **preserving every story cutscene**. The result is a fully playable DVD5 ISO suitable for burning to DVD or using with emulators and OPL.
